Sweet cream, apricot, butter biscuits, lemon verbena, mint and mango. Ripe peaches and cream. Like an olive oil cake. Tenacious acidity and invigorating energy. Verve and spark. Lemon bar with sage. Marzipan. Powerfully built and brimming with rich fruit and electricity. So intense, it almost glows. Still so young and tight in bottle... a tiger in a cage. So much to express in the years to come. Finishes with classic Bentrock notes of almond croissant and citrus oil. So long and generous today and will only grow and evolve with time in the cellar. A
