Report the Issue
Contact our sommelier support team within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos of any external damage or the specific bottle in question.
Preserve the Product
If you suspect a wine is corked or spoiled, please re-seal the bottle with at least three-quarters of its original contents remaining to allow our quality control team to verify the defect.
Secure Packaging
Safely place the bottle back into its original protective shipping container or equivalent wine-safe packaging to prevent further breakage during its return journey to our warehouse.
Refund or Replacement
Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle of the same vintage at no additional cost.
