The pink clarete, produced with red and white grapes, 2021 PĂcaro del Ăguila Clarete is a blend of 35% Tempranillo, 35% Albillo Mayor and the rest other local grape varieties (Garnacha, Bobal, Bruñal, Monastrell, Tempranillo Gris, other Albillos, Garnacha Blanca, Pirules, JaĂ©n, Moscatel, MalvasĂas...) found in the old vineyards. It's produced like a red, aged in French oak barrels for 19 months. It's perfumed and balanced, aromatic and showy and not a shy wine, with 14% alcohol. It's tasty, juicy and velvety, with freshness and a peachy feeling, very sapid and fresh; it didn't go through malolactic and kept a pH of 3.14. It's a bit riper than previous years. 7,333 bottles and 179 magnums produced. It was bottled in April 2023.
