Tres Feixes comes from Plà de Manlleu – it’s at 550m and can be chilly, a fine site for this almost-centenary Garnacha Blanca. This is sparkling wine country, home to the Gramona family. But Roc and Leo have branched out into still wine. Layered with fresh grapefruit, distinctly mineral, a very long, refreshing finish. Organically farmed. One to watch.
